Real footage, no renders — the same machines we ship to customers. Feeders take bulk parts in loose and deliver them oriented, one by one; test systems check every transformer, parameter by parameter.
Loose LED lamp bead feeding machine
Bulk LED beads are bowl-fed, sorted and oriented automatically, then delivered one by one to the pick-up point — no manual tray loading.
Lens loose-part feeder for SMT mounters
A multi-channel linear vibratory feeder takes LED lenses in loose from bulk, orients each one and delivers it row by row to the pick-up position of an SMT lens mounter — replacing tape-and-reel feeding for odd-shaped lenses. Fiber-optic sensors verify orientation; feeding accuracy ±0.5 mm, one pick every 0.6–0.8 s. Works with Yamaha / Samsung / Hanwha / JUKI class mounters.
SMT transformer auto-loading machine — no tape, no manual loading
Bulk SMD transformers go into twin vibratory bowls, are sorted and oriented automatically, then travel along multi-lane tracks straight to the SMT placer pick-up point. No tape and reel, no operator loading trays — two lanes run in parallel for higher output, and changeover to another transformer size is a fixture-and-program job, not a new line.
HF transformer comprehensive test machine
One station, full electrical screening of high-frequency transformers: inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, turns ratio, pin-short, dielectric withstand and insulation checks run automatically through the pneumatic press fixture; the HMI shows each result and OK / NG parts are sorted into separate bins — no manual meter probing, no missed defects.
Electronic component feeding machine
Bulk electronic components are bowl-fed, oriented and elevated along covered linear tracks to the processing station above — automatic feeding for odd-shaped parts that cannot run on tape and reel. Transparent covers keep the whole path visible, and parts arrive at the pick-up point one by one, continuously.

We start with your part, not with a bowl diameter
Two parts that look identical on a drawing can need completely different tooling. Before we quote, we check centre of gravity, aspect ratio, surface finish and how the part must present to the gripper.
- Orientation study — we model which attitudes are stable on your track and which must be rejected back into the bowl.
- Feed rate maths — track speed, part pitch and recirculation rate sized against your cycle time, not a guess.
- Quiet by design — tuned mass and PU lining keep most units under 75 dB(A) at the operator position.
- Documented handover — drawings, BOM, tuning settings and a spare-parts list, in English.

Ask an engineerIdeally a 3D model (STEP or IGES) or a physical sample, the feed rate you need in parts per minute, how the part must be presented to the next station, and the supply voltage in your plant.
No model yet? A photo of the part next to a ruler, plus its material and weight, is enough for an indicative price.
Lead time depends on the machine and how much of it is custom. A standard-configuration unit is faster than a fully bespoke system — we confirm the exact date in the quotation, and we keep to it.
Payment terms (typically T/T, deposit plus balance before shipment) are confirmed in the quotation, and you see your parts running on video before the balance is paid.
Yes. With our own electrical control development, drives and controllers are built to your plant supply — 110 V/60 Hz, 220 V/50 Hz or 380–480 V three phase — and wired to match your local requirements.
Often yes. Send photos of the unit, what it currently does and what you need it to do. We will assess whether the existing equipment can be adapted or re-tooled for the new part, and quote honestly if replacing it is the better answer.
We will tell you before you order. Some parts — very light, tangled, highly asymmetric, or with a surface that cannot tolerate contact — feed badly in a vibratory bowl, and a step feeder, centrifugal feeder or belt feeder is the honest answer.
If a unit we built does not reach the agreed rate on your parts, we re-tool it at our cost until it does.
Every machine leaves with after-sales support and access to spare parts — the exact warranty period and service terms are written into the quotation, so there are no surprises later.
