Electronic component feeding machine

Odd-shaped electronic components go in loose; oriented parts come out one by one — elevated along covered linear tracks straight into the processing station above. No tape and reel required.

Workshop footage — bulk components bowl-fed, elevated along covered tracks to the station above.

How it works

  1. Bulk loading — loose components are poured into the vibratory bowl — the parts that tape and reel cannot hold are exactly the parts this machine is built for.
  2. Automatic orientation — bowl tooling sorts and orients each component; rejects recirculate until correct.
  3. Elevated delivery — covered linear vibratory tracks lift parts up to the processing or assembly station above the bowl — the cover keeps dust out and parts in.
  4. Continuous supply — parts arrive at the pick point one by one, non-stop, so the station above never starves and no one has to hand-feed it.

Applications

Where it fits

Connectors, switches, small plastic and stamped parts, sensors — plenty of electronic components simply cannot be put on carrier tape, and hand-feeding the station above is the usual workaround. This machine replaces that operator: bulk parts in, oriented parts delivered up and into the station, continuously.

The covered track design suits clean-room-adjacent electronics assembly and keeps light parts from jumping the track. If your part is irregular, light, or surface-critical, this is the feeding route to test first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of components is it suitable for?

Irregular connectors, switches, stamped and moulded plastic parts, sensor bodies — the general rule is: if it cannot be taped but has a definable orientation, it is a candidate. Send samples for a feasibility check.

Will light parts jump out of the track?

The linear tracks are covered, which both protects against contamination and prevents light parts from leaving the track during elevation.

How high can the tracks deliver?

Track length and elevation are set by your station layout. Send a sketch of the line with heights and we design the track route.

Next step

Send the part. We will tell you what to build.

A drawing, a photo with a ruler, or a courier bag of samples — whatever you have is enough to start. You get a machine recommendation, an achievable feed rate and a firm price, in English or Chinese.
