How it works
- Bulk loading — loose lenses are poured into the vibratory bowl — no tape, no trays to load by hand.
- Orientation + fibre check — tooling selects the correct attitude and a fibre sensor verifies orientation before each lens is released to the track.
- Multi-lane linear delivery — direct-vibration tracks carry lenses to the pick-up point in parallel lanes, so the placer always has parts waiting.
- Placer-ready hand-off — positioning accuracy ±0.5 mm at roughly 0.6–0.8 s per pick — compatible with Yamaha / Samsung / Hanwha / JUKI class placers.
Where it fits
Lenses are the classic un-tapeable part: curved, slippery, optically critical, and often too tall for carrier tape. Traditionally that means operators loading trays — slow, inconsistent and easy to get wrong at volume.
This machine automates the whole step for LED lens and optical component assembly: lenses arrive in bulk, reach the pick point oriented and verified, and the placer picks at full speed with no operator in the loop.

Which lens shapes can it handle?
Tooling is designed against your specific lens. Send samples or a STEP model and we confirm feasibility, lane count and achievable pick rate before quoting.
How is orientation accuracy maintained?
A fibre sensor checks each lens at the release point; anything wrongly oriented is rejected back to the bowl rather than passed downstream.
Can it dock to my existing placer?
Yes — the outlet height, pitch and pick window are matched to placers of the Yamaha / Samsung / Hanwha / JUKI class. Send your placer model and we align the layout.
