SMT transformer auto-loading machine — no tape, no manual loading
Bulk SMD transformers are sorted and oriented in twin vibratory bowls, then delivered along multi-lane tracks straight to the SMT placer pick-up point — no tape and reel, no manual tray loading.
How it works
- Twin bowls in parallel — two sorting channels run at the same time — higher throughput and a natural buffer: one lane can be refilled while the other keeps feeding.
- Automatic orientation — each bowl's tooling selects the correct attitude for the transformer body and pin layout; wrong orientations recirculate.
- Multi-lane delivery — oriented transformers move along parallel tracks to the pick-up window, keeping the placer fed at cycle time.
- Fast changeover — switching part variants is a fixture and program change — no line rebuild, no re-tooling of the whole machine.
Where it fits
Every taped SMD transformer carries three hidden costs: the tape itself, the taping process, and the operator who loads and swaps feeders. This machine deletes all three — bulk parts go in, oriented parts come out at the placer, continuously.
It suits SMT lines running transformers, inductors and similar SMD magnetics at volume: lighting drivers, power supplies, chargers, adapters. The dual-channel layout also fits lines that mix part variants, since each bowl can be re-tooled independently.

How much does it save versus tape and reel?
You remove the tape consumable, the taping process and the feeder-loading labour. The exact figure depends on your volumes — send your part and monthly quantity and we will lay out the comparison.
Can it feed two different parts at the same time?
The two bowls can be tooled for the same part (higher rate) or two variants in parallel, depending on your line layout. Tell us your mix and we configure it.
Does it work with standard SMT placers?
Yes. The delivery tracks end in a pick-up window aligned to placers of the Yamaha / Samsung / Hanwha / JUKI class, with part-present signalling.
