How it works
- Bulk loading — loose beads are poured straight into the vibratory bowl. No taping, no reel preparation, no special packaging — the beads arrive from your supplier in bulk bags.
- Automatic orientation — bowl tooling is cut to the bead's geometry. Parts that climb in the wrong attitude are rejected back into the bowl and recirculate until they come up correctly oriented.
- Singulated delivery — beads leave the escapement one at a time along the track to the pick point, with a part-present sensor confirming every single bead.
- Docked to your line — the outlet is aligned to the SMT placer or test fixture, so the downstream machine never waits for a part.
Where it fits
Loose (bulk) LED beads are significantly cheaper than taped reels, but a placer cannot pick from a bag. This machine closes that gap: it turns bulk beads into a singulated, oriented stream at the pick-up point, so you get tape-free economy without manual loading.
Typical users are LED lighting and display producers running DOB and lamp-bead assembly lines where bead volumes are high and bead geometry is stable. One operator can top up several machines instead of loading feeders full-time, and the line keeps running at the placer's true cycle time.

Which LED bead sizes can it feed?
The bowl tooling is cut to your specific bead, so the machine matches whatever 2835 / 5050 / 5730-class or custom bead you run. Send samples and we confirm feasibility and rate before quoting.
Will the bowl mark or scratch the beads?
For beads with cosmetic or optical surfaces we build with a PU-coated bowl and track, which prevents metal contact and also reduces running noise.
What feed rate can it reach?
Rate depends on bead size, orientation complexity and downstream cycle. We state a firm, tested rate with your actual parts after a sample trial — not a catalogue number.
