HF transformer comprehensive test machine
One station, full electrical screening of every high-frequency transformer: inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, turns ratio, pin-short, dielectric withstand and insulation — with a pneumatic press fixture and automatic OK / NG sorting.
How it works
- Load and clamp — the transformer sits in the fixture; a pneumatic press contacts all pins at once — no hand-held meter probing, no missed pins.
- Multi-item screening — the station runs the full test sequence: inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, turns ratio, pin-short, dielectric withstand (hipot) and insulation.
- Result on the HMI — each test item shows pass/fail on the touch screen as it runs — the operator sees immediately which parameter drifted, not just a red light.
- Automatic sorting — OK and NG parts drop into separate bins. A failed part cannot re-enter the good pile, so nothing untested or bad ships.
Where it fits
Testing transformers with hand-held LCR meters means one operator, one meter, one part at a time — slow, easy to skip, and impossible to audit. A missed pin or an unread screen is how bad transformers reach the customer.
This machine makes full screening the default: every part gets the same sequence under the same fixture, results are logged per item on the HMI, and OK/NG separation is mechanical. It fits HF transformer, inductor and power-supply production lines as an end-of-line or in-process quality gate.
Frequently asked questions
Can the test list be adapted to my product?
Yes. The station is configured around your transformer's specification sheet — test items, limits and sequence. Send the datasheet and we propose the test plan.
What is the testing cycle time?
Cycle depends on the number of items and the required measurement settling time (hipot in particular). We quote a firm cycle after matching your test list — typical multi-item screening runs a few seconds per part.
Can we add or remove test items later?
The test plan is set per product program; adding an item is a configuration change where the hardware supports it. Tell us your roadmap (e.g. added surge or winding-short tests) and we build the fixture for it.
Send the part. We will tell you what to build.
A drawing, a photo with a ruler, or a courier bag of samples — whatever you have is enough to start. You get a machine recommendation, an achievable feed rate and a firm price, in English or Chinese.
